Malcolm graduated from Springfield College with a master's degree in counseling psychology and later completed a year of postgraduate training in family therapy at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic.
He assists adults and children to improve the quality of their lives by identifying and resolving problems for themselves and in relationships with others. He also helps people realize that having problems is normal, but that it is also normal to resolve problems. Clients learn that by taking control of their lives, they also reduce depression, anxiety, and anger.
